Our Story

N1 is more than traditional maintenance and service. From our beginnings as a joint venture between B & G Aviation and Directional Aviation Capital, LLC, our company was built on the value that independent fleets and third party operators should have a choice in what aftermarket solutions they need. We are transforming industry standards by building innovative personalized maintenance management programs tailored to meet each individual customer’s requirements.

We believe in the importance of partnerships, and our team is committed to providing the turbine solutions you need, instead of offering an average package that is filled with services you may never use. By focusing on specific engine models, utilizing serviceable material and striving to keep engines on-wing for maintenance events, we are exceeding customer expectations and delivering a valuable maintenance partnership you can depend on.

N1’s exemplary leadership, together with our skilled team of OEM factory trained mechanics, will keep your engines covered at a fraction of the competitors’ price. Our organization will continue to move the needle in traditional aftermarket services to ensure that your partnership with N1 is innovative, personalized and always transparent.
