POSITION SUMMARY

N1, LLC is actively seeking an Office Administration/Logistics Specialist. This is a critical support function to N1’s daily operations at our Morgantown, WV location.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Catalog turbine engine parts as they are reduced to spares
  • Ensure office and work station supplies are maintained at adequate levels
  • Ensure Training records are maintained and accurate
  • Assist in managing accounts for office services and identify savings if possible
  • Assist with processing new employee documentation and training
  • Act as administrator of N1 Drug and Alcohol Program
  • Support Stock Room Manager when necessary
  • Present a clean and neat work area
  • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customer
  • Set up new vendor accounts
  • Assist in managing inventory to include cycle counts and organization of materials and shelving
  • Assist Operations Manager as required
  • Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College a plus)
  • Minimum of 0-5 years directly related experience.
  • Previous Material Handling Experience to include shipping of HAZMAT a plus

Required Skills

  • Successful candidate will be highly motivated and work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs as well as comfortable with completing documentation as required by FAA and N1 policies
  • Possess ability to think laterally and multi-task daily
  • Possess ability to prioritize work effectively to achieve results.
  • Previous experience with Quantum ERP systems (preferred)
